Some people like to have a business out of their homes. I’ve seen people run barbershops, hair salons, and even candy stores from their own home. I came up with the idea of turning my home into a coffee shop. A lot of people like to drink coffee, especially in the morning when they’re trying to wake up and get to work. I looked at Cuppabean and found some good coffee and espresso makers that would be useful to have in my home shop. Even though I had the idea in mind, I knew that I wouldn’t be able to run the entire store by myself.

I needed at least four people to work in the coffee shop. Two people had to be cashiers that would take money from the customers, and the other two had to be baristas that would actually make the coffee. Continue reading…
